Specialty Add-On Classes

Specialty add-on classes are designed to target an athlete's development for a shorter period than a monthly tumble class.  Depending on the time of year, our Specialty Classes last anywhere from 5-8 weeks. 

Upcoming Session Dates are:

Summer I Session:  April 30th - May 31st, 2018 *5 Weeks*

Summer II Session:  June 4th - July 5th, 2018 *5 Weeks*

Summer III Session:  July 9th - August 9th, 2018 *5 Weeks*

Specialty Classes are designed for ages 7 and older.

Elite Flight

Elite Flight is designed to take flyers with basic experience to the next level.  Flyers will focus on technique in the air, switching skills, twisting skills, as well as toss and partner stunting technique.  

Experience level:  Flyer experience and staff recommendation required


Jumps

Jumps is designed to increase form and technique of the jump, including hyperextension, height, arm placement, and leg placement.  

Experience level:  No experience required.


Flight Basics

Flight Basics is the beginner flight experience.  30 minutes of the class will be focused on introductory flying skills, body control, technique, and body positions.  The other 30 minutes will practice these skills in the air.  

Experience level:  No experience required.


Strength & Flex

Strength is led by owner Brooke Plack and is an intense 45 minute workout focused on strength training and core stability, wrapped up with intense stretching.  This class is a must for all bases, backstops, flyers working on body control, and those new to Tumble & Parkour.

Experience level:  No experience required.

Tiny Specialty Classes are designed for ages 6 and under.

Tiny Flex

Flex is designed to master splits, back flexibility, body positions, and more.  From bent knees in cartwheels to short back handsprings, flexibility is key for training to the next level.  

Experience level:  No experience required.


Tiny Flight

Flight Basics is the beginner flight experience and is focused on introductory flying skills, body control, technique, and body positions.   

Experience level:  No experience required.


Tiny Intro to Cheerleading 

Team Training is designed for athletes to master the basics of cheerleading fundamentals outside of the world of tumbling - motions, dance, jumps, synchronized tumbling, and routine composition.  This class will learn a mini-routine to be performed at Empire Day.

Experience level:  No experience required.


Tiny Jumps

Tiny Strength & Flex

Tiny Strength is led by owner Brooke Plack and is a fast-paced 30 minute workout focused on strength training and core stability.  This class is a must for all athletes new to Cheer & Parkour.
